Ministers & Guest Speakers
Rev. Deji Akinpelu
Lead Pastor, Everlasting Light International Ministries
Rev. Deji Akinpelu leads Everlasting Light International Ministries, raising an apostolic community of light-bearers globally. Based in Bodija, Ibadan, Nigeria, he has led the ministry since November 6, 2011.
Ministry and Impact:
For 14+ years, Pastor Deji has driven transformational programs through prophetic teaching, dream interpretation, vision activation, and community outreaches. His mandate is to inspire people and turn faith into measurable impact. Under his leadership:
• Capacity Building: Equipped hundreds of youth with practical skills and kingdom mindset. Graduates are now employed and self-employed across sectors
• Transformative and Reformative Ministry: Executed development projects that raised living standards and delivered direct relief to vulnerable families
• Kingdom Entrepreneurship: Mentored faith-driven entrepreneurs through Faith and Fortune, launching ventures that create jobs and fund outreaches

Background and Training:
Pastor Deji holds a degree from the University of Ibadan and a Postgraduate Diploma in Theology. He is an alumnus of The Redeemed Bible College and the School of Disciples, where he served as Assistant Coordinator and lecturer.
Before founding Everlasting Light International Ministries, he served as an ordained minister in RCCG. He trained under the late Dr. G.F. Oyor of God-Will-Do-It Ministry and was ordained into full-time ministry in 2010 by Bishop Francis Wale Oke, President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria.
He has attended key conferences and trainings, and received mentorship from forefront leaders of the gospel, sharpening his apostolic and prophetic mandate for national and global impact.

Engr. Dr. Omokehinde Deji-Akinpelu, MNSE, MNIEEE, MNIWIIT
Computer Engineer, Academic & STEM Advocate
Omokehinde Oluwaseun Deji-Akinpelu, fondly called Dr. Kennie, is a Computer Engineer, academic, and STEM advocate based in Ibadan. She holds a B.Tech in Computer Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH, and an M.Sc and Ph.D in Computer Science from the University of Ibadan.
Professional Practice:
She is a registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, COREN. She is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, NSE, and the Association of Professional Women Engineers of Nigeria, APWEN.
Leadership and Service:
She served as Membership and Welfare Secretary, and later Publicity Secretary, of the Nigerian Institution of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, NIEEE, Ibadan Chapter. She is currently Welfare Officer of Nigerian Women in Information Technology, NIWIIT, Oyo State Chapter, and Technical Secretary of APWEN, Ibadan Chapter.
She was a Student Scholarship Application Reviewer for Grace Hopper Celebration, AnitaB.org, 2021. She has also served as peer reviewer for the 2023 International Conference of the Society for the Advancement of ICT and Comparative Knowledge, SOCTHADICK, and several academic publications. She has publications in learned journals and conference proceedings.
Research and Specialization:
Her specialization is Data Communications and Networks. Research interests: Internet of Things, Mobile Ad Hoc Networks, cybersecurity, and health informatics.
Youth and STEM Impact:
She is passionate about youth, especially young women. She is Executive Director of Shining Stars Global Impact Foundation, SSGIF, also known as Shining Stars Initiative International, SSII - a nonprofit mentoring, capacity-building, and leadership development organization for youth. She founded Girls in Science and Technology Initiative to develop young women who are globally competitive and relevant in STEM.
She runs The King’s Daughters Summit for female tertiary students, coordinates Wisemasterbuilder for women across all walks of life, and hosts Shining Stars, a monthly mentoring session for undergraduates. She volunteers with Tech Girls Club and serves as volunteer counselor in private secondary schools.
Authorship and Teaching:
She authored Barrier Breaker, an inspirational book for youth and adults that challenges readers to become all they are meant to be, regardless of background or life’s vicissitudes.
She worked in industry before academia. Her passion for imparting knowledge led her to start a mentoring forum for undergraduates at Lead City University in 2014, which later grew into SSGIF. She speaks at conferences and summits on youth, women, and STEM.
She lectures at Dominican University, Samonda, Ibadan, and serves as General Coordinator for Computer Science Programs. She serves on several university committees: Ad Hoc Committee on Academic Partnership, Collaboration, and Affiliation; DU Research and Grants; Gender Mainstreaming Committee; Faculty Curriculum Committee; Media, Public Relations, and Ceremonies Committee.
Personal:
She is married to Rev. Deji Akinpelu, Lead Pastor of Everlasting Light International Ministries, Bodija, Ibadan, Nigeria, and they are blessed with children. She loves singing and catering for people. She is a wife, mother, sister, leader, teacher, researcher, mentor, STEM advocate, and youth coach.
Rev. Samson Ajetomobi
President, The Men of Issachar Vision Incorporated
Rev. Samson Ajetomobi is President of The Men of Issachar Vision Incorporated, MIV, founded in 1989. Called by God to reach the unreached at all costs and reawaken the Church to her responsibilities, he has a burning passion for souls. Since MIV’s inception, his drive has helped many discover the essence of living for God.
Background and Leadership:
An alumnus of Haggai Institute, Maui, USA, he also serves as President of Mission and Leadership Academy, MLA, and Compact Leadership Training, and coordinates Leadership Update for strategic leaders. A member of NEMA and DAI, he chairs MANI, Oyo State, and the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN, Oyo State Chapter. Rev. Ajetomobi oversees Redemption Faith Churches and several other missions and leadership networks.
Global Impact:
Sought after for trainings, conferences, crusades, and church revivals across the continents, he brings over 34 years of leadership experience to several Christian organizations and mission agencies.
Personal:
He is married to Rev. Stellamaris, and they are blessed with four young adults.
Rev. Dr. Patience Fortune Oyor, JP
President, God-Will-Do-It Ministries & Senior Pastor
Rev. Dr. Patience Fortune Oyor is President of God-Will-Do-It Ministries and Senior Pastor of Spring of Freedom Christian Centre, headquartered in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. The Church’s mission is to raise “abiding disciples empowered for exploits” and to spread the healing and deliverance power of God around the world.
Ministry and Educational Leadership:
She is a deliverance minister, teacher of the Word, psalmist and music minister with several albums, and Christian counselor. She is Proprietor of Freedom Private School, a subsidized mission-oriented school in Alase, Moniya, Ibadan, that has graduated over 1,500 pupils in the last two decades. She is also Proprietor of Gomba Oyor Trinity School, a legacy project in honour of her late husband, Rev. Dr. Gomba Fortune Oyor. The school is a degree-awarding institution affiliated to Redeemer’s University, Ede.
Training and Community Development:
For three decades she served as Dean of the School of Deliverance and Healing, SODAH, training Christians locally and internationally to minister deliverance and healing through Christ. She is also President of Jehovah Jireh Resources, an NGO founded by her late husband that supports vulnerable people, including orphans, street children, and commercial sex workers.
Rev. Dr. Patience Oyor is deeply committed to community development. Her initiatives include food and household donations, free water, community playgrounds, streetlights, and monthly medical outreaches. For decades she has provided youth counseling and educational support in Ibadan and nationwide through the Student Christian Movement of Nigeria and other mission organizations. God has used her to rescue distressed and abandoned youth and set them on a path of greatness.
Academic and Public Recognition:
After her first degree, she earned a Master’s in Guidance and Counseling, then a Master’s in Religious Studies. She recently completed her PhD in Religious Studies at the University of Ibadan in 2026.
In 2022 she was decorated as Marshal Patience Oyor and appointed Commandant of Perazim School of Chaplaincy International, Oyo State Command. That same year she was appointed a Justice of the Peace, JP, by the Oyo State Government.
Personal:
She is a mother of four sons, and God has blessed her with loving daughters-in-law and grandchildren.
Rev. Adebowale Bernard Saba
Senior Pastor, The Saviour’s House of Glory Ministries / Professor at UI
Reverend Adebowale Bernard Saba was born in Lagos to Charles and Felicia Saba. He gave his life to Christ in 1982 through the Fellowship of Christian Students during high school.
Education and Early Christian Service:
In 1985, he gained admission to study Veterinary Medicine at the University of Ibadan. That same year he rededicated his life to Jesus. On campus he served as Hall Fellowship Pastor, Bible Study Secretary, and President of the Student Christian Movement of Nigeria, UI chapter.
In 1991 he served his National Youth Service Corps in Benue State on the Executive Committee of Christian Corpers’ Fellowship. Rev. Saba joined the Redeemed Christian Church of God in 1987, worshipping at headquarters, Ebute Meta, during holidays. He and his family later attended Living Faith Church at Iyana Ipaja, Lagos, and then Bashorun from 1996 to 2003.
Academic Career:
Appointed Lecturer II in 1994, he was promoted to Professor on October 1, 2013. His academic and research engagements have taken him across Africa, Europe, and North America.
Family and Ministry:
He married Rev. Mrs. Afolakemi Saba on April 22, 1995, and they are blessed with four children.
In 2003 he responded to God’s call to start The Saviour’s House of Glory Ministries. The church began in his living room in Ibadan with about 14 people. He and his wife, Pastor Afolakemi Saba, serve as Senior Pastors at the headquarters in Ibadan. The church now has branches in Ibadan and Lagos.
Vision and Mandate:
The core vision is to bring all people into an encounter with the depth of God’s mysteries so they can be saviours to their generation. The church’s mandate covers Christ’s mission through teaching, prayer, healing and deliverance, widow care, and teenagers’ ministry.
Dr. Afolakemi Joy Saba, FCA
Chartered Accountant, Christian Leader, Mentor, Author
Dr. Afolakemi Joy Saba, FCA, is a Chartered Accountant whose career reflects excellence, integrity, and devotion to God. She holds a PhD in Accounting from Bowen University, Iwo. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. She served as Regional Accountant at Afribank Nig Plc and Deputy Director of Audit at the University of Ibadan, and founded Afolakemi Saba and Co and Joyworth Consulting Ltd.
Ministry and Mentorship:
Beyond professional distinction, Dr. Saba is a minister of the gospel at Saviour’s House of Glory Ministries International. She oversees Virtuous Women Fellowship and the Education Mandate, convenes the monthly Women of Honor Fellowship for widows, and anchors the Teens Mentoring Summit. Through these platforms she raises leaders of character and faith among her generation and younger generations.
Professional and National Leadership:
Her influence extends to national service. She is Pioneer Chairperson and first female General Secretary of the Society of Women Accountants of Nigeria, Ibadan and District Society. She serves on the Accountant Investigating Panel of ICAN and sits on the boards of Lobrem Microfinance Bank, MFP Global Services, Jesus Interdenominational Youth Ministries, and Grace of God Bible School.
Authorship and Legacy:
Dr. Saba is the author of seven spiritually enriching books: Predestination, Arches of Destiny, The Desired Husband, Adullam, Gold for Gold, Let it Go, and I Dwell. Through her writing, ministry, and mentorship, she equips women, widows, and young people to walk in purpose and biblical wisdom.
Grounded in Scripture and driven by service, she believes professional excellence and spiritual depth must walk together. Her life inspires her generation and younger generations to pursue God wholeheartedly while stewarding their gifts and careers for His glory.
Dr. Olugbenga Oluseun Saanu
Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist | Fertility Specialist
Dr. Olugbenga Oluseun Saanu is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist subspecializing in Assisted Reproductive Technology, ART, infertility management, and reproductive health research. A native of Ijebu-Igbo, Ogun State, Nigeria, he was born into an Anglican family and is a born-again Christian.
Education and Career Journey:
He obtained his MBBS from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in 2007, then completed residency training at University College Hospital, qualifying as a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in 2016. Between 2017 and 2020 he served as Consultant Gynaecologist at Nordica Fertility Centre, Lagos. In 2018 he obtained a Diploma in IVF and Reproductive Medicine in the United Arab Emirates.
In 2020 he rejoined the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at University College Hospital as a Consultant, where he subspecializes in assisted conception and remains actively involved in public health-oriented reproductive health research.
Entrepreneurship and Practice:
Dr. Saanu founded LAWONBLOOM FERTILITY CENTRE, an organization dedicated to advancing fertility care, promoting reproductive health awareness, and providing evidence-based support for individuals and couples experiencing infertility and related reproductive health challenges.
Research and Publications:
His research interests include infertility, assisted reproductive technology, maternal and fetal outcomes, pregnancy registry analysis, and women’s reproductive health outcomes in Nigeria. He has authored and co-authored over 20 academic publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
Personal:
He is married with children, and his favorite Bible verse is 2 Corinthians 5:17.
Sholade Ara
Gospel Minister, Music Director & Worship Leader
Sholade Ara is a renowned gospel minister whose ministry began in Ibadan and across Oyo State. From there, she has ministered widely to the glory of God.
Ministry and Leadership:
Since 1997, she has served as Music Director, Praise and Worship Leader, Soloist, Deaconess, and in other leadership roles.
A former member of two gospel jazz bands, she has remained steadfast in God’s fold from birth through her education to the present.
Collaborations and Impact:
She has shared platforms with Kore, the late Big B, Yetunde Are, Goke Bajowa, and other renowned gospel artists, to the glory of God.
Fully committed to God’s work, she testifies that this marks only the beginning of greater heights in Jesus’ name.
